They don’t say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day for no reason. Breakfast kick starts your metabolism and ensures that you are filled with enough energy to get yourself through the day. Start the day right with a delicious and healthy breakfast.
Here are some of our favourites.
- Greek yogurt, fresh fruit and muesli. This is a winning combination packed full of vitamins, nutrients and fibre. Add a drizzle of honey for extra flavour and natural sweetness.
- Fresh fruit smoothie. A fresh smoothie loaded with yogurt, fruit and chia seeds will have you feeling full, while providing you with all the things you need including calcium and vitamins B6 and B12.
- Eggs. Eggs are another excellent way to start your day. Scramble with fresh spinach and serve on some wholemeal bread for a filling meal that is packed with protein and vitamins C and E. Alternatively, serve a hardboiled egg on some wholemeal bread with a scraping of goats cheese and some cracked black pepper.
